Welcome to AAEC's Agricultural program! I'm excited you have decided to attend AAEC and take advantage of its many opportunities and learn more about agriculture, business, and what FFA has to offer.
I'm an Arizona native and business owner that graduated from AAEC-South Mountain in its earliest years. After AAEC, I went on to earn a college degree from the University of Arizona in Political Science with a minor in Agriculture.
I currently own two successful businesses because of the skills I learned right here at AAEC. It is an honor and privilege to be able to give back to the school that made me successful by teaching in this program.
Over the course of my educational career in agriculture I have walked the same halls, taken the same classes, and participated in (and in some cases helped start) the same extracurricular programs as my students. Not only will I be their teacher, but also their mentor and guide so they can get the most out of the opportunities here at AAEC.
Here is a short list of some of the Programs I was active in while at AAEC:
This is just a small list, but because of these experiences I am forever grateful for the memories and skills with which they have equipped me. I look forward to creating new positive experiences with my students.
Again, welcome to Ag Ed and I look forward to working and learning with you.

- I was extremely active in the FFA (which you can learn more about on this site and on the National FFA Organization's site, www.ffa.org).
- I served as Greenhand Secretary, Chapter Community Development Chairman, Chapter Reporter, Chapter President, District Reporter, and State Vice President.
- I earned the Greenhand, Chapter, State, and American FFA degrees.
- I competed in many Career Development Events (CDE's) such as Livestock and Dairy judging, Soils and Forestry, and Parliamentary Procedure.
- I worked tirelessly helping friends and younger students compete (and win of course) in the FFA Creed, Prepared and Extemporaneous Speaking Contests, as well as FFA Information.
This is just a small list, but because of these experiences I am forever grateful for the memories and skills with which they have equipped me. I look forward to creating new positive experiences with my students.
